11905 -18 hour - Trainee Pharmacy Assistant - Part Time Permanent Contract

We are looking to recruit a 18-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a part time permanent contract to work at our 325-branch located at West End Medical Centre, Conway Road, Conway, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7LS.

Shift pattern is as follows:

• Monday 08:30 - 18:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
• Tuesday 08:30 - 13:00
• Wednesday 13:30 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
• Assist with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
• Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Desire to learn and progress your career in our business.
• Great people skills required; work as part of a well-established team and ensure our customers receive a high standard of service.

Learning and Development

Whilst working in this branch you will gain excellent knowledge and skills which will contribute to you successfully gaining the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing. This position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses in order to progress.
