Recruit UK is recruiting an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm in Coventry.

As an IFA Administrator you will ensure smooth client servicing, compliance and business processing activities, with responsibility for applications, AML checks, and regulatory standards. This entry-level opportunity supports career progression within wealth management and paraplanning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as IFA Administrator or similar role.
• Ideal Level 4 qualification or current study toward Level 4.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process new business applications with anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding.
• Handle client correspondence via letters, emails and phone queries.
• Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards.
• Liaise with product providers for valuations, policy information and queries.
• Assist in annual reviews and investment pathway documentation.
