Job summary

Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking an IFA Administrator to join a Wirral-based financial planning firm. This permanent, full-time role focuses on supporting advisers through the full advice process, with average client assets around £500,000 and exposure to pensions, investments and tax planning.

You will collaborate with paraplanners, handle provider queries, maintain accurate records, and develop towards paraplanning with funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial advice firm administration.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and new business processes.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise.
• Initiative in chasing outstanding items.
• Accurate client records and confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers across the full advice process from first meeting to implementation.
• Submit and track new business with providers through to completion.
• Act as first point of contact for providers and clients on queries.
• Take on research and case preparation with paraplanning as experience grows.
• Prepare valuations and paperwork ahead of client reviews.
• Chasing outstanding requirements to keep cases moving.
• Keep client records audit-ready on the back office system.
