As an IFA Administrator you will ensure smooth client servicing, compliance and business processing activities, with responsibility for applications, AML checks, and regulatory standards. This entry-level opportunity supports career progression within wealth management and paraplanning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as IFA Administrator or similar role.
• Ideal Level 4 qualification or current study toward Level 4.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process new business applications with anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding.
• Handle client correspondence via letters, emails and phone queries.
• Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards.
