This onsite role offers full training, support for professional qualifications and a clear route into Financial Advice. The position supports your development with structured training, exposure to client meetings and hands-on reporting across pensions, investments and planning.

As part of its continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Trainee Paraplanner to join the team in Stamford. You don't need extensive experience or existing qualifications; they're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and the ambition to develop.

You'll receive support through your professional exams, gain hands-on experience across the full client journey and have the opportunity to progress into Financial Advice as your experience and qualifications develop.
