Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd is hiring a Trainee Remote Case Manager (Home-Based UK) within our Occupational Health academy. We welcome registered healthcare professionals seeking flexibility, variety, and a new career specialty with strong mentoring and real case exposure.

You will receive clinical training, hands-on case management experience, and guidance to build confidence in this specialist field while delivering care remotely.

Qualifications

NMC or HCPC registration is required.
A qualification in Nursing (including Mental Health), Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy.
At least 2 years' post-registration experience.
Excellent communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

Delivering evidence-based case management for referrals on attendance, fitness for work, and wider Occupational Health issues.
Writing clear, professional reports that support employee wellbeing and business decision-making.
Advising on OH legislation and best practice, helping create healthier workplaces.
Undergoes remote training with Birmingham in-person sessions as part of the programme.
