Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager) to join our UK team. The role is home-based with a permanent, full-time arrangement for candidates meeting NMC Part 1 and OH postgraduate qualifications.

You will manage diverse cases, provide evidence-based OH guidance, and work with our clinical trainers to develop professionally while ensuring compliance with data protection and occupational health legislation.

Qualifications

• NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate OH qualification.
• Experience in case management and providing OH advice.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication, IT literacy, and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of occupational health cases from home.
• Provide occupational health advice and case management support.
• Collaborate with clinical trainers and line manager for development.
• Ensure compliance with OH legislation and data protection.
