Connells Group in Derby seeks a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Hall & Benson's Derby branch. This role provides a clear career pathway with industry-leading training to develop knowledge of mortgage and protection products.

No mortgage experience is required, but you should have a strong sales background and a passion for excellent customer service. We offer a competitive salary with OTE and uncapped commission, plus comprehensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, career-focused and organised.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
• Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
• Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
