Connells Group in Exeter is seeking a CeMAP-qualified aspiring Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our estate agency team. No prior mortgage experience is required as we provide full training, coaching and support to grow your advice skills and confidence.

With leads provided through our estate agency network, you’ll learn to guide customers from enquiry to mortgage completion, deliver compliant advice, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifikationen

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• No prior mortgage experience required.
• Structured training and ongoing coaching provided.

Aufgaben

• Understand customers’ needs and provide mortgage and protection advice.
• Guide customers from enquiry through to mortgage completion.
• Build relationships with estate agency colleagues and referrals.
