Job summary

Pinstripe Personnel is recruiting for a Trainee or Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Fareham. You will join an expanding Advice team, supporting clients with mortgage and protection options and progressing applications with lenders to secure suitable outcomes.

The role offers a clear progression path, with on-going training and the potential to earn a realistic first-year OTE of £40,000+ and £50,000+ in year two, with top advisers earning £70,000+.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Banking, Sales, Customer Services or Hospitality and CeMAP would be advantageous, but not essential.
• On going training and management support provided.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage and protection products and options.
• Assist in processing and submitting applications to lenders.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and build a growing client base.
