Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a partner firm of LSL Property Services plc, seeks Trainee Mortgage Advisor for remote working. You will self-generate business, use social media to build a network, and participate in remote training with full mentorship. Demonstrated CeMAP qualification is required.

Some advisors work part-time while transitioning to full-time, with a minimum 60% commitment to mortgage advisory. 100% broker fee payable and flexible, remote role with ongoing lender training.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Remote Working

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner AR firm are a 100 + advisor business where many experienced advisors started their mortgage careers.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

We are happy to consider Financial Services / Property experienced, CeMAP 123 qualified individuals who are confident with Social media and Networking. You'll need your Social Media skills to self generate your own business (no leads are provided in this role).

Some advisors come on board part time whilst working other jobs until they transition to Mortgage Advisory full time although we insist on a minimum of 60% of time to be committed to the Mortgage role.

• you must become CAS within a 6 month period (6 Mortgages and 6 Protection)
• £125 monthly fee

The role is self employed - currently there is no employed alternative and there is no financial pipeline building support available.

You will need to supply a business plan to show us how you are going to self generate your own business.

You must be fully CeMAP qualified to be considered.
