Job summary

Connells Group in Crawley is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join Fox & Sons. This role offers excellent training, dedicated support and high-quality leads to help you build a career in mortgage and protection advice.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, develop advisory skills, and deliver outstanding customer service while progressing through a structured development programme.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
