Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is helping a well-established financial firm recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the Carmarthen area. This employed role offers full training and support to gain mortgage qualifications.

You will start with a £25,000 basic salary and have the potential to reach £35,000–£40,000 OTE as you advance. The role runs Monday to Friday and provides a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified advisor.

Qualifications

• Driven and hungry mentality.
• Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification.
• Strong administrative and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Mortgage Administration
• Learning how to become a Mortgage Advisor by working closely and assisting experienced Advisors
• Once qualified and trained, the ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.
