Taylors in Cardiff Bay is recruiting a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established estate agency team. If you hold CeMAP and want to turn your qualification into a rewarding career, you’ll join a group with access to quality leads, strong support, and industry-leading training.

You’ll develop expertise in mortgage and protection advice, build relationships with customers, and progress through a clear career path within Mortgage Services and the wider Connells

We're looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team at Taylors, Cardiff Bay.

What you'll be doing:

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the home-moving journey, helping customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions for their individual circumstances.

You’ll:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with your Estate Agency colleagues.
• Develop and manage opportunities generated through our Estate Agency network.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their individual needs.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice throughout the customer journey.
• Continue developing your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching, training and practical experience.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while working towards agreed performance targets.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, commercially aware and genuinely wants to build a career in Mortgage Services.

You’ll ideally have:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, professional approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
• The ability to work towards targets while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
