Better.co.uk, part of OneDome, is hiring a Mortgage Adviser with CeMAP qualification to join our Cardiff-based mortgage advice team. This hybrid role requires three days in the Cardiff office and offers a clear path to high earnings through base salary plus commission.

You'll provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients with training provided, work with high-quality leads, and ensure service in line with FCA regulations while collaborating with a supportive team.
