Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a motivated Trainee/Junior Medical Sales Representative to build business across a defined M25 region. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentoring while promoting a trusted range of medical products to NHS and private healthcare customers.

The role offers a clear path into hospital medical devices sales, with a balance of new business development and account growth, in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure.
• Nurse/ODP/Clinician with sales potential considered.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Desire to progress a career in hospital medical devices sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (approx. 80%) and grow existing customers (approx. 20%) in a high-potential territory.
• Operate in a highly consultative environment, including demonstrations of equipment in clinical settings.
• Prepare quotations and actively promote a respected range of medical products to NHS and private customers.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided to accelerate progression.
• Represent the brand at fairs and congresses to maximise awareness.

BASIC SALARY:

£35,000 - £40,000
