Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are assisting a growing aviation maintenance company based in Saffron Walden to recruit a Trainee Mechanical Assembler. You will inspect and repair mechanical aircraft components and participate in disassembly/reassembly tasks as you train for progression.

The role offers £30,000-£35,000 plus overtime, an enhanced pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and a profit share scheme, with Monday to Friday days only.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or motor manufacturing is desirable.
• Background in mechanical manufacturing and repair is preferred.

Are you a Mechanical Technician with experience in aviation, motor or mechanical manufacturing looking to join a growing company that specialises in aircraft component repair, with excellent progression opportunities and training?

Day to day you will be inspecting mechanical components, performing repairs, and disassembly and reassembly of mechanical aircraft components.

The role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a background in mechanical manufacturing within an aviation or motor sector, looking to join an expanding company specialising in aviation repair and engineering.
