Job summary

Lift Schools invites aspiring Maths teachers to join a school-based ITT programme that blends practical classroom work with academic study toward a PGCE and QTS.

The year includes two-week Summer School, personalised mentoring, weekly training, and a nationwide Lift Schools network, with a tax-free bursary of £29,000 available.

You will train to teach while being supported by a dedicated tutor and in-school coach in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree must be 2:2 or above with maths/STEM preferred.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical classroom experience with mentoring.
• Engage in weekly training sessions and two-week Summer School.
• Complete programme to obtain PGCE and QTS.
• Work within Lift Schools network to support trainee cohort.
