Job description

Full Time working 40 Hours per week across weekdays, weekends, morning, evening and overnight shifts.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

The Role

During the first nine months, you'll learn how our values influence our business, working on the floor alongside all levels of staff. Gaining hands-on experience in kitchens, service areas, customer zones, and drive-thru will boost your confidence to make an impact across various parts of our operation.

This accelerated training programme is your first step toward leading and inspiring teams within our restaurants. After initial on-the-job training, you'll be promoted through managerial roles, potentially progressing to Business Manager, overseeing a restaurant. Further career growth opportunities are available beyond that.

  • Open to change and adaptable to the dynamic nature of our business and customer needs
