Job Description:

This role will take you from a Trainee to producing full sets of management accounts in 3 years!

The Financial Controller has experienced this journey himself; as a Trainee, you'll gain exposure to all transactional finance aspects. As you progress through your AAT levels, the supervisor will ensure you gain relevant experience aligned with your studies.

You will work for a division of a larger group based in Spinningfields. You’ll sit in the same office and have opportunities to apply for internal roles before they are advertised externally, supporting the company's succession planning and future-proofing strategies.

The company offers study support—whether through day release or distance learning, with time during the workday if preferred. There is also a dedicated study space in their onsite coffee shop.

After completing AAT, discussions about further qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA will be considered. This environment is ideal for those with foundational accounting knowledge looking to grow professionally.
