Job summary

Clymac Limited is seeking Trainee Maintenance Engineers to maintain fire and security systems across the UK. The role focuses on ensuring systems operate reliably and in compliance with regulatory standards, with initial training provided.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, accurate reporting, and delivering excellent customer service. Ambition to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training program is encouraged, along with a full UK driving licence and flexibility

Qualifications

• Direct experience in a similar role is not essential.
• Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training.
• Proficiency in problem-solving is expected.
• Must have a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.

Clymac's Trainee Maintenance Engineers

As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various fire and sometimes security systems to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Delivering a high level of service to our customers
• Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Working independently and as part of a team as required

Direct experience in a similar role is not essential - we will give you the tools and skills to succeed!
