Position: Trainee Maintenance Engineer (Electrical / Electrician / Multi Skilled)

Location: Oswestry, Shropshire

Salary: GBP 30,000 to GBP 40,000 DOE + Company Pension + Onsite Parking + Cycle to Work Scheme

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off (6:6, 2 Days, 2 Nights)

A market-leading, family-run company is seeking a Trainee Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role offers extensive training and the opportunity to develop into a multi-skilled maintenance engineer.

Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical pre-planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on various production equipment.

The Role Includes:

1. Preventative and reactive maintenance
2. Electrical maintenance: PLC-controlled switchgear, inverter-controlled drives, solenoid and limit switching
3. Mechanical maintenance: conveyors, elevators, compressors, hammermill grinders, pellet presses, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Any industry background
