Walker's Shortbread Ltd in Aberlour invites applications for a Trainee Machine Setter on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support starting runs, prepare and adjust packaging lines, and maintain high hygiene standards in a busy food production environment.

Full training will be provided; you will work on 38-hour weeks with day and backshift options, and benefit from staff discounts, pension enrolment after probation, and other wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn training provided.
• Able to work as part of a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Be present for first runs and ensure machinery is switched on.
• Set machinery and line components to specifications.
• Carry out cleaning per schedule to maintain hygiene.
