Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is offering a Mechanical & Electrical PPM Engineer traineeship in our Mobile Delivery Team. The initial 3-month programme provides practical and theoretical training at our National Training Centre in Stevenage, with regular travel to Stevenage required.

After training, you’ll join the M&E team to carry out planned maintenance across a defined site portfolio. You’ll develop essential skills to perform tasks safely and efficiently while meeting SOPs.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science are required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in retail or fast-paced environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled M&E PPM tasks and related paperwork on time.
• Support reactive maintenance on-site when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report hazards or near misses.
