Job summary

Flogas is seeking a Trainee Technician to start an engineering career in LPG. You will learn LPG installation work at homes and businesses, supported by senior technicians, with hands-on exposure to equipment, safety checks, and daily operations.

As you progress, you will qualify as a fully trained LPG Engineer, with a starting salary of £28,844 plus on-call benefits and potential pay increases as you advance through levels.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English completed.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced technicians while working on LPG installations at homes and businesses.
• Assist with maintaining plant equipment and road tankers to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Carry out safety checks and support cylinder systems or forklift refuelling setups.
