Job summary

Flogas Britain is seeking a motivated Trainee Technician to join our UK engineering team. You’ll learn on the job, install LPG systems at homes and businesses, and support plant equipment and road tankers to keep energy flowing safely.

You’ll complete hands-on training, benefit from strong team support, and advance toward becoming a fully trained LPG Engineer with salary progression as you grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• GCSE Maths and English.
• Practical mindset with tools and technical tasks.
• Willingness to learn; there’s a good chunk of theory too!
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ropes from the best in the business—working on LPG tank installations at homes and businesses, to keeping plant equipment and road tankers running smoothly.
• Install cylinder systems and set up skid‑units for forklift refuelling, contributing to safe, reliable energy delivery.
• Progress through the training journey to qualify as a fully trained LPG Engineer with salary progression.
