An great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our client based in Romford, RM1Are you currently working in a sales and target focused environment and are looking for an exciting new challenge?

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries
• Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management
• Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
• To work alongside the Lettings Administrator and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
• Canvassing

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
