Job summary

Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior experience required as full training is provided, including two weeks at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester.

You’ll learn property lettings fundamentals and progress through the business with support from a mentor. You will market properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and establish tenancy agreements.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
• Proof of vehicle business insurance required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leaflets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.

As a Lettings Negotiator at Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
