Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our residential lettings team in Withington.

This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of residential lettings through an industry-leading development and training program.

Key responsibilities

The role’s main purpose is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets, and manage the process through to exchange and completion.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably experience in sales
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent customer care / customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
