Location: Surbiton And Kingston Upon Thames

Salary: You could achieve in excess of £26,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

• Experience within sales and customer service
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
