The Recruitment Curve is working in partnership with a respected Further Education College to recruit a Trainee or Qualified Electrical Installation Lecturer for a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in electrical installation
Create schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements
Integrate up-to-date electrical standards, including IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
Assess learner progress through assignments, exams, and hands-on work
Provide pastoral and academic support to students through regular progress reviews
Keep current with industry standards and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements
A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
Current knowledge of IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition) is essential
Industry experience and/or teaching/training experience desirable
A teaching qualification is not essential support is provided for Trainee Lecturers
Strong communication and organisational skills
