Position: Trainee Field Technician

My client is recruiting for a Trainee Field Technician who will be covering local areas. The role involves finding water leaks on underground water networks.

The Job:

1. Assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage
2. Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
3. Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection
4. Complete all paperwork accurately (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details)
5. Possess basic computer skills for uploading data onto a laptop
6. Hold a full and valid driving licence, as you will be required to drive for the role

Full training will be provided in:

1. EUSR Water Hygiene Training
2. Unit 2 Street Work

This role is suitable for candidates such as:

1. Graduates
2. Ex-Forces personnel
3. Drivers / Delivery drivers / Meter readers
4. Individuals with manual or outdoor work experience

Note: This role is subject to compulsory drug and alcohol testing.
