Job Description:

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client's contract specifications.
  2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
  3. Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
  4. Liaise with clients on-site, building trust and fostering long-term, positive relationships.
  5. Maintain Enitial's credibility by representing the company positively in the field, ensuring equipment, vehicles, and PPE are clean and well-maintained.
  6. Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed according to protocols.
  7. Work as part of a regional team, building morale and offering help and assistance where possible.
  8. Report deviations from methods or non-conformances that could impact data integrity to relevant managers.
  9. Manage time effectively, review schedules, and suggest improvements to work processes.
  10. Accurately manage and report data in line with client and company requirements.
  11. Identify potential on-site work that could benefit the company and improve client sites.
  12. Prioritize safety, reporting accidents and near misses immediately to managers and clients, in line with policies.
  13. Comply with the 'Stay Safe' remote working application when working on-site.
  14. Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure sample compliance.
  15. Assist with on-site training of new employees, providing support during onboarding.
  16. Handle routine admin tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems.
