Specsavers Coalville is seeking a motivated Trainee Optical Assistant to join our friendly store team. You don’t need experience—just enthusiasm to welcome customers and learn through hands-on training with experienced Opticians and Technicians.

This role focuses on helping customers, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, giving style advice, and supporting measurements and calls. It offers development opportunities, birthday leave, pension contributions, and employee discounts.
