Specsavers Rustington is seeking a friendly, caring individual to start their career as an Optical Assistant. No extensive experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn how to welcome customers and assist them in-store.

You’ll receive extensive training and development across the business, with support from experienced Optometrists, Dispensing professionals, and a collaborative retail team to help you grow and reach your full potential.

Our store

Specsavers Rustington is a customer-focused opticians providing professional eye-care and hearing services to the local community. The store offers eye examinations, sight tests, contact lens consultations and fittings, as well as the dispensing and fitting of glasses and sunglasses. The team also provides hearing tests and hearing-care services, delivering professional clinical care alongside friendly, personalised customer service to meet each customer’s individual needs.

The Rustington team is a close‑knit, friendly, and highly skilled group of optical and retail professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service to every customer. With experienced Optometrists, dedicated Dispensing professionals, and a supportive retail team, the store offers a collaborative environment where everyone works together to provide the best possible care.
