Job summary

Pro Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trainee Insurance Administrator to join its Insurance Services team. The role offers a hybrid arrangement, with time split between home and our Gloucester or Liverpool offices two days a week.

We provide fully sponsored, industry-recognised qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and a structured training programme to develop skills across data handling, client service and underwriting support.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and interpreting data to support insurance clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
• Excel skills are advantageous for data handling and reporting.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities to meet client requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, interpretation, extraction and/or manipulation of data
• Dealing with clients in a professional manner
• Searching the internet to verify missing information required and to enhance the current data
• Creation of and maintenance of data within Clients’ systems
• Preparation of documents to assist underwriting of risks
• Compliance with Clients’ quality standards and turnaround times
• Documenting additional underwriter risk information accurately within Clients’ systems
