Job summary

Pro Insurance is seeking a Data Administrator to join our team on a hybrid basis, splitting time between home and offices in Gloucester or Liverpool. The role focuses on data management, client communication and preparing documents to support day-to-day business operations.

Key training opportunities include industry qualifications (CII) and Excel skills, in a growing global organisation with offices in multiple regions. The salary starts around £24,800 DOE for 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• GCSE C grade (Maths and English) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated IT literacy with Excel experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Professionally deal with clients via email and occasionally over the phone.
• Analyse, interpret, extract and/or manipulate data.
• Deliver accurate information to clients and internal teams.
• Investigate missing data and enhance current data.
• Create and maintain data within clients’ systems.
• Comply with client quality standards and deadlines.
