Pro Global is seeking a Trainee Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Services team. This entry-level role offers fully sponsored qualifications and opportunities for long-term career growth in a global insurance environment.

The position features a hybrid work setup with time split between home and our Gloucestor or Liverpool offices, 2 days a week, supported by a structured progression path and training through the CII.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is useful but not essential.
• Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet client requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, interpretation, extraction and/or manipulation of data.
• Dealing with clients in a professional manner.
• Searching the internet to verify missing information and enhance data.
• Creation and maintenance of data within clients' systems.
• Preparation of documents to assist underwriting of risks.
• Compliance with clients' quality standards and turnaround times.
• Documenting additional underwriter risk information accurately within clients' systems.
