Cafcass in the Midlands is seeking a motivated Trainee HR Officer to join our national HR Operations/People Services team. This structured development role provides hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, under supervision, preparing you for a HR Officer position.
You will support managers across a complex organisation, assist with employee relations casework, maintain HR systems, analyse data for insights, and contribute to workforce planning and change projects.
