SAV UK Ltd. is seeking a field-based HIU Trainee to support commissioning, servicing and maintenance of HIUs, MVHR and metering systems in London and the southeast. You’ll gain hands-on experience with SAV’s low carbon technology and be mentored toward industry-recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Plumbing or heating NVQ L2 desirable.
• HIU commissioning, servicing and fault finding experience preferred.
• PAYG and smart metering knowledge desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM databases.
• Time management and prioritisation skills essential.
• A full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding.
• Install and commission mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems.
• Smart metering and PAYG commissioning and repairs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and deliver first‑class service.
• Generate accurate site reports within the CRM.
• Participate in CPD training to achieve industry qualifications.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and work safely.
