Reynolds Food Group in Waltham Cross is offering a Trainee HGV Class 2 Driver opportunity. This program combines hands-on training with theory, starting on a 3.5T vehicle while you study for the theory test, then progressing to a 7.5T vehicle.

The academy leads to a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver with a team-focused, family-run environment. Expect 48-hour weeks over a 5/7 shift pattern, a clear pay progression from training to becoming fully qualified, and a range of company benefits.

Salary: £32,358 during to training - £44,230 plus bonus's once qualified

Shift Pattern: 48 hours, 5/7 shift pattern

Trainee Driver Academy (TDA)

This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV ' HGV Driver.

What You'll Be Doing

• Training Phase: Begin by driving a 3.5T vehicle and studying for your theory test.


• Gaining Experience: Once qualified, you'll drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle for up to 8 weeks.


• Final Assessment: After gaining experience, you'll be assessed and, upon successful completion, will be certified as a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver.

Salary Progression:

• Basic salary of £31,724 during training.


• £43,363 after completing the 7.5T training and becoming a qualified Class 2 Driver.
