The academy leads to a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver with a team-focused, family-run environment. Expect 48-hour weeks over a 5/7 shift pattern, a clear pay progression from training to becoming fully qualified, and a range of company benefits.

Qualifications

• Clean UK driving licence.
• Willing to train to become an HGV Class 2 driver within 6 months.
• Willing to work for a family-run business.

Responsibilities

• Training phase: drive a 3.5T vehicle and study for your theory test.
• Gaining experience: drive a 7.5T vehicle for up to 8 weeks.
• Final assessment: be certified as a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver.
