You will build client relationships, source candidates, screen interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, with KPI-driven targets and ongoing mentorship.

No prior recruitment experience required; successful candidates are graduates or competitive backgrounds seeking a long-term career.

Responsibilities

About the Role

No prior recruitment experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development to give you the tools to succeed and progress quickly.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively develop new business opportunities through outbound and cold calling to schools and educational institutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both client schools and education professionals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates utilizing job boards, networking events, social media, and our internal database.
• Interviewing & Screening: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assess suitability for various educational roles, and ensure strict compliance with safeguarding standards.
• Full 360° Cycle Management: Manage vacancies from the initial client brief through candidate placement and post-placement support.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets to grow your own successful desk.

Qualifications
