Plexus Resource Solutions is hiring Recruitment Consultants into the crypto and blockchain space. The training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space, and you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of our key clients
• Find candidates through job boards and advertising
• Qualify the candidates over the phone
• Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
• Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn
• Work the full recruitment life cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus
