We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee/Graduate Estates Surveyor to join our small but busy Estates Team to gain practical experience and develop your career and the skills required to become a Chartered Surveyor.
This role involves supporting the Estates Team with a wide range of land and property-related matters.
A degree in real estate, property, land, or a similar subject is desirable. You will be assigned an experienced mentor to guide you through your training, sharing their experience and knowledge.
You must have a passion for building a career as a Surveyor and a desire to work towards obtaining a professional qualification (RICS/CAAV).
A competitive starting salary of £33,550, rising to £38,341, with excellent progression opportunities.
