About the role
Due to the extensive growth within Churchill Estates Management, we are looking for an entry-level Building Surveyor. This role is a critical part of the Property Services team, supporting contract administration, surveys, inspections, and reports across CEM’s portfolio. The post holder will work to ensure assets are managed correctly throughout their lifecycle, maintenance strategies are in place, operations comply with legislation and policies, and property-related works are properly specified and planned. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to developments, including occasional overnight stays. The post holder may also need to travel to the Ringwood Head Office for meetings. Expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.
