Forvis Mazars in the UK invites applications for a Trainee Financial Planner role based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will support financial planners in managing client portfolios, assist with ongoing financial planning services, and help prepare proposals and engagement documents.

You'll work with a diverse client base, develop your technical knowledge, and enjoy a clear development path toward a Financial Planner role while upholding FCA standards and our commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Working towards, or holding, relevant financial planning qualifications.
• Good understanding of financial planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with planners, paraplanners and support teams.

Responsabilités

• Support Financial Planners in managing a portfolio of existing clients.
• Assist with the delivery of ongoing financial planning services.
• Provide support on ad hoc advice requests and planning issues arising from client relationships.
• Help prepare client meeting documentation and follow-up actions.
• Assist with annual review processes and client servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date.
