• Willing to commit to the Academy programme and professional qualifications.
• Must live within a reasonable commute to Hungerford Office.
• Comfortable asking questions and building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of client service and financial planning.
• Work closely with experienced advisers and colleagues across the business.
• Build your technical knowledge through the Academy programme and professional qualifications.
• Develop communication, organisation and relationship-building skills to work with clients.
• Take responsibility for development toward adviser-level roles.
