mbf is recruiting in Bournemouth for a Paraplanner or Trainee Financial Adviser prepared to move into client-facing advisory work. You will receive hands-on training and exposure to clients, with a clear path toward becoming a fully-fledged Financial Planner.

The role emphasizes practical development, attendance at client meetings, and gradual responsibility while building confidence and competence in delivering financial planning solutions.

Qualificações

• Paraplanner or Trainee Adviser with a clear route into financial advice.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong client communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work alongside experienced Advisers to develop advisory skills and technical knowledge.
• Attend client meetings and gradually take a more active role in discussions.
• Conduct annual client reviews and help clients understand their planning needs.
• Build strong relationships with an established client portfolio.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure high service standards.
• Progress towards competency sign-off to become a Financial Planner.
