PM+M is seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser to join the Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits team. You will support advisers delivering workplace pension services, employee benefits and corporate protection for employers across sectors.

A clear progression path toward becoming a regulated financial adviser is outlined. Ideal candidates have a genuine interest in financial services, strong client service skills, and are motivated to work toward professional qualifications such as the CII

Qualificações

• Genuine interest in financial services and career in financial advice.
• Ideal background: admin, paraplanner, employee benefits consultant or pensions administration.
• Motivated to work towards professional qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with workplace pension schemes and employee benefits administration.
• Support advisers with governance meetings and client reviews.
• Help deliver pension workshops and financial wellbeing presentations.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and develop trusted adviser relationships.
